February Release has been deployed on February 9

 We welcome you to the EVE Online February Release which has been successfully deployed on February 9 during a regular server downtime.

This release introduces Skill Trading in EVE Online allowing players to trade skills between their characters. We also see a new default camera view with exciting features such as first person view, marquee select, and improved zoom options. Additionally, numerous smaller, yet not less important tweaks, fixes and improvements have been deployed. We also would like to point out to the special February release offers.
