Skill Training Reimbursement Complete!

 We are happy to annouce that during downtime today, all missing skillpoints that were lost due to the post downtime skill training issue on November 12th have been refunded.

These skillpoints have been added to the character sheets of all affected characters as unallocated skillpoints that can be applied to skills.
