Skillpoint Grant to New Characters Following Starting Skills Change

 Hello players

Following the change to the skills new characters start with, 300,000 unallocated skillpoints have been granted to characters created after September 15 00:00 UTC but before September 27 11:00 UTC. If more than one character was created between these times, the skillpoints will be granted to the character with the most skillpoints on that account.
