Conversation spam - a ruling by EVE Customer Support

 This is to notify all players that using conversation spam to intentionally create lag for others is considered an exploit and users found involved in such activity will be dealt with accordingly.  This type of thing will be dealt with on case by case basis and punishment may include warnings and eventually even permanent bans.
