Singularity server downtime changes

In preparation for the release of our next expansion, EVE Online: Dominion, we are changing the daily downtime for our Singularity server (test server). Starting on Monday, November 16, and continuing for three weeks, the downtime will start at 12:00 GMT/UTC and last until 13:30 GMT/UTC. We will be updating the server on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays, but that will not require any additional downtime.
