February release YC 119.2 has been deployed

The EVE Online February release 119.2 has been deployed on February 14^th and is now live!

This release introduces an exciting new event, the Guardian's Gala, a huge amount of bug fixes, general game-play related improvements and a boost to the client performance. Additionally, Upwell structures got upgraded with further functionality.
