EVE Online Terms of Service Update

 Our friendly GM Team would like to inform you of an update to our Terms of Service that has been made today.

Article 8 has been updated to further clarify our rules on impersonation of other entities in EVE Online. The old text pertaining to impersonation in Article 8 contained the following:

You may not impersonate or present yourself to be a representative of CCP or an EVE Online volunteer

This has now been updated to read as follows, for further clarification of our policy on impersonation of third parties in EVE Online:

You may not impersonate or present yourself to be a representative of CCP or an EVE Online volunteer. You may not impersonate or falsely present yourself to be a representative of another player, group of players, character or NPC entity.

Please be aware that none of our other policies have changed, and all of our up to date policies relating to EVE Online can be found here.
