CSM 8 pre-elections now open

 As was announced in the Dev blog for the 8^th Council of Stellar Management (CSM) the plan was to hold the pre-election last Friday but due to unforeseen matters a slight delay was the reality.

The pre-election have now been opened up and are available here. Support your candidate so that he or she will be added to the final ballot.
