Extended downtime on Thursday April 7, 2011

An extended downtime on Thursday, April 7, will take place between 11:00 UTC and 13:30 UTC to deploy the EVE Online: Incursion 1.4.1. This fix is for issues with the New Character Creator and issues introduced by the Incursion 1.4 patch.
