<p>EVE Online: Quantum Rise 1.0.2 has been deployed on Tranquility today in order to address issues with weapon grouping, graphics and user interface as well as enhancements to game play for all of our players. Our team will continue to monitor Tranquility until we're fully satisfied that the issues have been solved. We appreciate your patience during the extended downtime. Patch Notes are available for review and we would encourage anyone who is still experiencing any game play issues to submit a Bug Report and we will investigate the matter as soon as possible.</p>
<p>Players who experience difficulties with Steam can manually patch their client by finding the "EVE" folder in their Steam installation folder, and run the EVE client from there to patch it.</p>
<p>A small number of players have experienced a problem with the blue.dll not being found during the patching process to Quantum Rise 1.0.2. To remedy this problem, players should restart their computers and download this ZIP file. Replace the files by extracting the contents into the bin folder of your eve installation folder (typically c:program filesccpevein) and saying "yes" to replace files. Players should completely reboot their PC's before install.</p>
