Incursion character creator available on Singularity

We would like to remind everyone that the new Incursion character creator is now available on the Singularity test server. It will be temporarily pulled down on Thursday when we switch over to the mass test build, so hurry if you want to try it out!

We advise all players to use the SisiLauncher tool to install and update the client version needed to access the test server. More information on SisiLauncher can be found here.
