<p>EVE Online: Quantum Rise 1.0.3 will be deployed on Thursday, 11th December. No additional downtime is required for this deployment.</p>
<p>The network issues which prevented a successful deployment yesterday have now been resolved and there is a shortened downtime required to complete the patching schedule.</p>
