But how has this philosophy evolved, and what was the impetus behind the rise of Tibus Heth and his New Meritocracy?

Our newest Chronicle "Tomorrow a Dream," penned by Gnauton, answers these questions and gives us a better understanding about what it means to be Caldarian.
