Payment system updates
We recently made some updates to the Direct Debit payment system. As a result, some of you who have been using Direct Debit as your payment option might find your account closed or disabled.
<p>We have sent an email to all those affected, but in case you believe your account has been affected by these changes and/or you didn't receive any email, feel free to submit a petition (https://support.eve-online.com/Pages/Petitions/CreatePetition.aspx) in the Billing category.
