th, the Total Net Worth indicator has received several improvements. The Total Net Worth (https://support.eveonline.com/hc/en-us/articles/115002091569-Total-Net-Worth-Indicator) counter displays a character's estimated total net worth based on inventory items, ships, and other assets.
With this update, we have made several improvements:
- The calculation of the total net worth is more accurate
- Update frequency has been changed to 12 hours
- Database queries have been optimized to reduce the server load
Due to these improvements, especially because of the more accurate calculations, you might see a change in your character's net worth. In some cases, the change might be considerable and could result in a significant lower Total Net Worth. The possible devaluation is due to the fact that we will now be excluding injected items that used to be included in the Total Net Worth calculation.
