We're delighted to reveal another Yoiul Festival (http://updates.eveonline.com/date/2016-12-14/) gift! Everyone who was logged into EVE Online on December 19th at any point between 00:00:01 and 23:59:59 UTC has now received 300 free Aurum.
Aurum (AUR) (https://secure.eveonline.com/aurstore/) is a virtual currency that can be used to purchase items from the New Eden Store, for example ship SKINs (https://community.eveonline.com/news/news-channels/eve-online-news/new-eden-store-december-discounts-on-selected-frigate-skins/) or apparel for you avatar (https://community.eveonline.com/news/news-channels/eve-online-news/new-apparel-berets-and-caps/). To access the New Eden Store, simply push Alt-4 in game. There you can also easily check your AUR balance.
The gifted AUR was delivered to all eligible accounts, including Alpha accounts, during the server downtime on December 20th.
