6 April 2016, 4:16 pm On March 10th, we announced The Great Billboard Propaganda Contest (https://community.eveonline.com/news/news-channels/eve-online-news/the-great-billboard-propaganda-contest/) and began accepting entries for player created videos for recruitment and propaganda to play on ingame billboards.
