After the skill training issue that occured on November 12th, 2015 as detailed in this news item (http://community.eveonline.com/news/news-channels/eve-online-news/post-downtime-skill-training-issue-resolved/), we announced that we would be reimbursing affected players with missing skillpoints tomorrow, Tuesday November 17th during daily downtime.
Due to extended testing, we will be looking to push back this date to later in the week to ensure that the reimbursement goes smoothly for all players.
Please keep a look out for patch notes (http://community.eveonline.com/news/patch-notes/patch-notes-for-parallax) and a news item later in the week that will confirm the deployment of this reimbursement!
