8 June 2015, 3:30 pm EVE Vegas 2015 is now confirmed to be the biggest EVE Vegas to date after having already outsold EVE Vegas 2014.
In celebration of what has become the largest gathering of Capsuleers in the world aside from Fanfest, we would like to announce the first round of prize draws for all EVE Vegas ticket holders!
Throughout June and July, we will be selecting an EVE Vegas ticket holder every week who will win either a Resort Vista room upgrade or a Panorama Suite upgrade in addition to complimentary limo transfers to and from the airport. The draws will start next week on June 16th and will continue as follows:
- June 16 - Panorama Suite upgrade and complimentary airport limousine transfers
- June 23 - Resort Vista room upgrade and complimentary airport limousine transfers
- June 30 - Resort Vista room upgrade and complimentary airport limousine transfers
- July 7 - Resort Vista room upgrade and complimentary airport limousine transfers
- July 14 - Resort Vista room upgrade and complimentary airport limousine transfers
Winners will be announced via the community news feed, as well as the EVE Vegas Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/evevegasevent?fref=nf) and Twitter (https://twitter.com/evevegas) accounts, and will be contacted via email with details on how to claim their prizes as soon as their names are announced.
So, how do you enter? Pretty simple!
Purchase your full conference EVE Vegas ticket through our Eventbrite account (http://www.eventbrite.com/e/eve-vegas-2015-tickets-15946228599?aff=EVEVegaswebsite)and you'll be entered into the prize draw. Everyone that has already purchased an EVE Vegas ticket is of course eligible. We will be holding draws on the dates listed above.
There are, as always, a few rules with this competition:
- Every player who has booked a full conference ticket for EVE Vegas 2015 is eligible.
- Each EVE Vegas 2015 full conference ticket is a chance to win, which means you can win multiple prizes.
- People who buy a full conference ticket prior to 12:00 UTC the day after a new raffle is announced that given Tuesday are eligible for that particular prize.
- To be able to claim your prize you will need to submit a receipt for a room booking at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, Las Vegas, during at least 2 of the 3 conference dates (Oct 23-25) within 48 hours of being notified of the win via email.
- We will notify all winners through the email they registered when they bought their ticket through our Eventbrite account.
- CCP does of course reserve the right to use the names of winners for promotional purposes.
- CCP also maintain final discretion on making the awards.
- Information how the prizes can be claimed will be provided in the e-mail to the winners.
- Winners must be 21 years of age and be able to provide valid ID to claim their prize.
The first raffle will occur on June 16th 2015, and the winner will be notified as detailed above.
There will be a second round of these prize draws throughout September, so be sure to keep your eyes peeled for more chances to win room upgrades as an EVE Vegas ticket holder!
