Due to positive reception we are extending the Fanfest game time offers (http://secure.eveonline.com/AddGametime/) by one week, or until midnight April 6. The offers (which you can read more about here (https://community.eveonline.com/news/dev-blogs/fanfest-ship-skins-with-game-time-bundles/)) include the commemorative fanfest ship skins.
As announced at Fanfest, existing skinned ships you own will be turned into a basic ship and a permanent skin license once the new SKINs system is deployed. Similarly any blueprint copies for skinned ships such as the ones included in the offer will become permanent skin licenses. Permanent skin licenses can be applied to your character allowing you to switch to that particular skin at any point.
