15 November 2013, 5:43 pm EVE Online: Rubicon (http://www.eveonline.com/rubicon) will be released on Tuesday, November 19th. Downtime for the deployment of this release will begin at the usual time of 11:00 UTC, and will be completed by 12:00 UTC.
This release brings a whole host of new features, including four new mobile structures (http://community.eveonline.com/news/dev-blogs/better-living-through-mobile-structures/), new ghost sites (http://community.eveonline.com/news/dev-blogs/ghastly-hotbed-of-spaceship-trauma/), Sisters of EVE faction ships (http://community.eveonline.com/news/dev-blogs/sisters-of-eve-faction-ships/), player owned high-security customs offices (http://community.eveonline.com/news/dev-blogs/player-owned-customs-offices-in-hi-sec/), warp acceleration changes (http://community.eveonline.com/news/dev-blogs/warp-drive-active/), the Interbus Ship Identification System (http://community.eveonline.com/news/dev-blogs/the-interbus-ship-identification-system/), a new character selection screen (http://community.eveonline.com/news/dev-blogs/the-new-character-selection-screen/) and various ship balancing updates.
