As was announced in the Dev blog for the 8th Council of Stellar Management (http://community.eveonline.com/news/dev-blogs/csm8-election-schedule-and-format-update/) (CSM) the plan was to hold the pre-election last Friday but due to unforeseen matters a slight delay was the reality.
The pre-election have now been opened up and are available here (http://community.eveonline.com/community/csm/). Support your candidate so that he or she will be added to the final ballot.
