Good news everyone! Roll-out of the Retribution 1.0 patch is going smoothly and it is expected Tranquility will be opened to connections at approximately 11:00 UTC. We will keep you apprised of any changes in this thread. (https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=2261345)
