Shortly before midnight on November 3rd, a hardware malfunction occurred in one of our data storage units. This caused issues with Tranquility, our websites, and our test servers. We were subsequently forced to take all services offline to prevent further trouble.
TQ was taken offline at 01:05 GMT on November 4, and is still offline. Our websites are now back online, and we would like to make it clear that all data is secure.
We aim to bring TQ back online as soon as possible, and invite you to follow this forum thread (https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=169175) for updates
UPDATE - 04:10 GMT 04/11/12 - Tranquility is now back online and accepting connections! We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this unexpected downtime may have caused and hope that the rest of your weekend in EVE Online will be enjoyable.
