From now on, July 20, the popular option to purchase PLEX (https://secure.eveonline.com/PLEX/) via PayPal is available again.
As earlier announced (http://community.eveonline.com/news/newsFromEve.asp?newsTitle=plex-purchase-with-paypal-temporarily-disabled) we disabled the option to use PayPal for PLEX purchases while we investigated a potential issue. The investigation is completed now and the service to purchase PLEX via PayPal is fully restored.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this previous temporary removal of this option.
