We have noticed issues with character transfers today, June 27, and have temporarily disabled this option until further notice. The resonsible developer team is working on restoring this service again, a solution can be expected not before Friday, June 29. We will keep you updated about the situation.
Update Friday, June 29: The character transfer service is fully restored and working properly again.
