Per the election schedule (http://community.eveonline.com/devblog.asp?a=blog&nbid=3386), the list of candidates who qualified for the nomination stage of the seventh Council of Stellar Management elections is now available (https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=72885&find=unread). The final list of candidates that will appear on the ballot will be made available in a dev blog on February 29th.
