EVE Online: Incursion 1.4 will be deployed Tuesday April 5 during an extended downtime. Tranquility will be taken offline at 09:00 UTC and is expected to return to service at 15:00 UTC. Incursion 1.4 introduces new features to EVE Online, such as new DED complexes (http://www.eveonline.com/devblog.asp?a=blog&bid=861), more locations for avatar portraits, the new forums (http://www.eveonline.com/devblog.asp?a=blog&bid=859) (on Wednesday), and many other highly anticipated features you can read about here (http://www.eveonline.com/en/incursion/features).
