Hours for PLEX (http://www.eveonline.com/devblog.asp?a=blog&bid=871), a service which allows a player to temporarily re-open their account so they can apply PLEX and reactivate a subscription, has been re-enabled. Accounts using this feature will be open for no longer than four hours.
