EVE Online: Incursion 1.3 has been deployed and Tranquility is now accepting connections. This latest update for Incursion features several enhancements of the Carbon inventory. Full patch notes can be seen here (http://www.eveonline.com/updates/patchnotes.asp?patchlogID=222).
