EVE Online: Incursion 1.3 will be deployed during an extended downtime on Tuesday, March 6. Tranquility will be taken down at 10:00 UTC and is expected to be back online at 13:00 UTC. This latest release includes changes to our Carbon infrastructure and full patch notes can be seen here (http://www.eveonline.com/updates/patchnotes.asp?patchlogID=222).
