Known issue with the Nation Consolidation Network site (http://www.eveonline.com/news.asp?a=single&nid=4411&tid=1)

We have discovered an issue with the Nation Consolidation Network sites for Incursions which is preventing logistics ships from using the acceleration gates. We want to assure all players that resolving this issue is a high priority and we expect a fix to be released on Tranquility during downtime on Tuesday, March 1. In the meantime, players can use Tech 3 ships as a logistics replacement or use a spider tank set up in fleets.
