EVE Online Incursion 1.0.1 will be deployed today at 16:00 UTC. When you log in you will be offered the Incursion 1.0.1 patch. Once this patch is applied you will be offered a client update which fixes an issue with the petition system. We strongly urge you to install this update.
Tomorrow the client update will be included in a full patch so that all players have this fix. Patch notes, along with the client update, can be seen here (http://www.eveonline.com/updates/patchnotes.asp?patchlogID=215).
