And now, for the Christmas season, we get the first part of a story about a soldier and a religious scholar, walking through the desert under sun and dark stars, looking for a strange treasure. This meditation on religion and belief takes place in times of EVE past, and is a prequel of sorts to the Black Mountain series.

Published every other Monday, Chronicles are intended to examine the various aspects of life in EVE.
