Tranquility will be taken down at 17:15 UTC for an application of a hotfix. We anticipate Tranquility will be returned to service at 17:30 UTC. Updates can be found in this thread (http://www.eveonline.com/ingameboard.asp?a=topic&threadID=1413941).
