Brief API Downtime November 3 (http://www.eveonline.com/news.asp?a=single&nid=4200&tid=1)

We will be taking down the API at 15:45 UTC for 10 minutes to apply a hotfix to the API system. This hotfix corrects the cache timer on the skill queue, accountstatus now returns PLEX data correctly, and mail message formatting is fixed. This downtime does not affect Tranquility. EVEMon users will be required to flush the memcache in order for EVEMon to work properly after the API service has been restored.
