It has recently been reported that an issue exists in Class 6 wormholes which allows for an exploit of game mechanics. This is currently being investigated and we hope to have some more details for you as soon as possible. We would advise all players that the use of exploits is not permitted at any time and doing so can result in action being taken as per the Terms of Service (http://www.eveonline.com/pnp/terms.asp).

Anyone interested in the reason for this should read here: http://scrapheap-challenge.com/viewtopic.php?t=36885&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0

In a nutshell, a corp has been living in a C6 wormhole which has negative effects to tracking, lock range etc. and they discovered that by applying tracking disruptors to their already 'disrupted' ships, they would get negative tracking, effectively giving them INFINITE range and INFINITE tracking with any weapons.  Their C6 thusly became a fortress which they've been defending for God knows how long.  Rooks and Kings investigated, found the exploit and tried to siege them using their own tactics.  Interesting read.

Looks like exploit permabans all round.
