As many an eagle eyed pilot will have noticed, with the deployment of the Aegis release today the market was not correctly seeded with the Gallente Tactical Destroyers skillbook that is a requirement to fly the new Hecate class destroyer.
We were as surprised as everyone else regarding this, and as such we have been in contact with the Secure Commerce Commission in order to fix the situation, since we are unable to seed the market with these skillbooks until downtime tomorrow.
You will now find that Ryde Froyer of the Secure Commerce Commission has set up a temporary market order in each region of Empire space in order to provide this skillbook to players who want to get on with training for it straight away.
We apologize for the delay in getting this skillbook to you, and we'll rectify it tomorrow at downtime!
