We are happy to announce that the Phoebe release will be deployed on November 4th, 2014 in an extended downtime.
Phoebe brings a whole host of new changes, including Invention Updates (http://community.eveonline.com/news/dev-blogs/invention-updates/), changes to travel in New Eden (http://community.eveonline.com/news/dev-blogs/phoebe-travel-change-update/), the new Mission Objective Guidance System (http://community.eveonline.com/news/dev-blogs/guiding-light-the-mission-objective-guidance-system/), the addition of unlimited skill queues (http://community.eveonline.com/news/dev-blogs/longer-queues-expected-skill-training-above-and-beyond-24-hours/), changes to trial account restrictions (http://community.eveonline.com/news/dev-blogs/trials-and-tribulations/), multisell! (http://community.eveonline.com/news/dev-blogs/sell-all-the-things-with-phoebe/), changes to exploration content (http://community.eveonline.com/news/dev-blogs/all-that-is-gold-does-not-glitter-data-sites-expeditions-and-more/) and significant changes to the user interface (http://community.eveonline.com/news/dev-blogs/sensor-overlay-2.0-bigger-better-bookmarks-in-spacier/) that should allow easier and more efficient piloting of your spaceships!

The Phoebe release will be deployed during an extended downtime on Tuesday, November 4th 2014, which will begin early at 10:00 UTC. Tranquility should be patched and accepting connections at 12:30 UTC, 2 hours and 30 minutes later.
