If you have lost forum access then it may be that your API info has got screwed up.
The forum access stuff only works with the old style API info at the moment. Go here http://www.eveonline.com/api/default.asp?sid=702147653 to get it and then to your profile page to re-enter it.
Don't use the new style API info as it won't work.
If you are missing forum access please input the new style API info as the API checker has been upgraded.
When you create your key you need to enusre you have the following check boxes ticked - CharacterInfo, CharacterSheet, FacWarStats
Make sure that CharacterInfo is selected in the private not public section.
