Opi and myself have been thinking of starting a lottery.

In principal would you guys be willing to pay x amount for a chance to win a ship or lump sum of isk.

Obviously we cant aford to take a loss hence the post trying to figure out if there is a demand ofc we arnt looking to rip anyone off or make uber sums of isk. If anything it's a bit of fun.
