Tranquility player drop on Monday, November 7

At 14:11 today we experienced a network connectivity issue with an external provider that resulted in the disconnection of aproximately 10,000 player sessions. Although outside of the CCP network and outside of our control, it was automatically mitigated by our network connectivity optimzation equipment and sessions were rerouted. Everyone affected seems to have been able to reconnect again shortly after the incident and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
