Daily downtime will be extended on Tuesday, July 21st 2015 in order to distribute skillpoints as announced in this news article (http://community.eveonline.com/news/news-channels/eve-online-news/skillpoint-gift-for-extended-downtime-on-july-15th/).
Downtime will begin at the usual time of 11:00 UTC, and will run through to 12:00 UTC for a total of 60 minutes, however Tranquility may be online sooner if the distribution takes less time than anticipated.
