The patch notes for the Aegis update have been released and are available here (http://community.eveonline.com/news/patch-notes/patch-notes-for-aegis).
Aegis will be deployed on Tuesday, July 7th, 2015, during a regular downtime from 11:00 UTC to 11:30 UTC.
With Aegis we will get the new Gallente T3 destroyer "Hekate (http://images.contentful.com/kvd74o0q2fjg/yT20GEcyKO64YOaESImuE/c14dfe0b3fdcf81e85dcb170defec22d/gallente_tact_destroyer_ready.jpg)", a good amount of balancing changes (Battleship improvements and Ishtar changes (https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=431058), missile changes), new missile modules (https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=430601), improved overview and in-space icons (http://images.contentful.com/kvd74o0q2fjg/2aNo6BkceEqIA8kk6CcGss/122813e0ba08d4c5235cd7e9cb454f50/NewOverviewBrackets_Legend2.png), more SKINs, a new Cerberus hull (http://images.contentful.com/kvd74o0q2fjg/4gu1Wxk1aMwgamOyAs2uYq/3f858c378b6a300b157a40c0d58f9498/CaracalT2CerberusRedesign_1920X1080-2.jpg) and more. Please note that an update of the Sovereignty system (http://community.eveonline.com/news/dev-blogs/summer-2015-nullsec-and-sov-status-report/) will shortly follow on July 14th.
