Update to "Clone States - Post CSM Summit Round Up" Dev Blog

 After the release of the Clone States Post CSM Summit Round Up Dev Blog on October 7th, it was noticed that it contained some erroneous information that has not yet been finalized:

• Clone State exposed in the API. We tried to create some design uncertainty but the CSM wasn’t having it so we are going to get this in ASAP.

Since this part of changes to the API has not been finalized yet, this bullet point has been removed from the Dev Blog to avoid any confusion.

Changes to the API in relation to clone states, as well as information on the future of the API and how it will continue to evolve will be included in a dev blog from Team Tech Co in the coming weeks.
