When all that's left is to yell at the sky
But poetry's here to make it all better
So we only have to think whether:
We should be who we truly are
Or we should follow the superstars
Whether to copy their every lust
Or leave them alone to turn to dust
But it doesn't mean nothin'
When people are huffin'
Whatever they huff to get so high
'Cause all's left to do is look to the sky
Think about why your father doesn't care,
Think about why your mother's so fair,
Think about why people ball fists,
Do they not know that poetry exists?
I guess not but it's all up to you
To decide in your life what you’re gunna do.
Be strong, be weak or chose to just to flow
Because in this world you just never know
What could be around the bend
It's probably a message you often send
'Cause remember the rule of gold
For it will exist ‘till the world is old.
